Pope Ian, who was born as an orphan, is cold, taciturn and emotionally numb. He is in charge of the Holy See and protects all people, and is indifferent to all love; Karen, a paranoid and fanatical believer, is strong and desperate, kissing, kneeling and confessing passionately, just to get closer to the eternally cold Holy Seat. A frenzied criticism rushes in one direction towards the wooden door, the ultimate pull of heat and deathly silence.
Purpose: To explore the emotional dilemma of one-way running, to depict the inner world of emotionally numb people, and to express the deep emotions of loneliness and longing to be understood.
