The Dog Bureau received a request for help from a Samoyed. The dog in question stated this: "The two-legged animal I raised has been under too much stress recently. He always roars wildly in the air for no reason. He must be sick. I am willing to perform the task for free. I just ask for your help to send him to a human hospital for treatment."
