Purpose: This book explores the nature of rules from the perspectives of "Auditor" and "He Bo". Rules should not be cold and iron laws that are superior and obliterate human nature (such as the "soul filling" system), but should be a warm line of defense that protects all living beings and demonstrates fairness. The two protagonists grew from "tools" for enforcing rules to "people" who corrected them, explaining that "true order comes from respect for every life."
