Viola Guffey, a woman who was able to turn a refrigerator door into a supplement to the Daily Prophet at the age of seven.
Her dad is the editor-in-chief of this newspaper, but unfortunately the editor-in-chief's main spouse works overtime and his lover is on deadline. Her mother is even more outrageous - she spends many years abroad writing for newspapers (literally Hungarian Horntail), and the postcards she sends back always say "Mom is chasing the news."
So when the Hogwarts acceptance letter finally arrived (after soaking countless bowls of cereal), Viola made a decision:

This is a story about dreams, radio, and using sound to stir up the magical world.
The Sorting Hat rubbed my head for four minutes before I yelled "Gryffindor" - I know, I looked like a Ravenclaw. But the hat said, Godric Gryffindor almost applauded my enthusiasm for using the microphone to criticize people.
Okay, a lion will be a lion.
Anyway, lions have loud voices and are suitable for broadcasting.
