Katara is a planet derived from the solar system. After tens of billions of years of evolution, species have already formed systems with their own cultures. Katara is divided into six continents. The ethnic and social hierarchy system makes each continent belong to a large empire and its affiliated small countries. Its most powerful empire is the Noseva Empire, which belongs to the Throne Continent. Due to differences in culture and beliefs, the six empires formed a hostile relationship. The reigning monarch of the Noseva Empire, Morid, was peace-loving and signed a peace treaty with its five empires.
But when the people of all countries were living and working in peace and contentment, the planet Katara ushered in the first solar magnetic explosion since the creation of the world. Affected by radiation, most of the creatures on each continent mutated and began to kill humans. People who had lived in moderately prosperous societies for generations were no match for these creatures, and the population dropped drastically in a short period of time.
When the human race was in danger, a blue fish floated around a few stars in the vast interstellar world. Facing the prayers of the creatures, it tore off one of its own tails and spread its dark blue blood on the creatures on the land. From then on, it gave people civilized wisdom and advanced consciousness.
People relied on new cultural ideas and advanced scientific and technological equipment to re-establish social order. Molide joined forces with other monarchs of the five empires to create the Sect, and established an organization to contain and manage mutant species.
