I split myself in half
Half is Lu, who wakes up in spring, believes that love can heal all wounds, and writes a letter to himself twenty years later at three in the morning. Half of it is the sea, which freezes in the winter. I hide the sleeping pills among the "Hans Christian Andersen's Fairy Tales" on the bookshelf. I feel that the world is just a rain that needs to be endured.
When I was fifteen years old, the doctor handed me a diagnosis certificate, just like handing me a mirror. I finally found a name for all the uncontrollable things in my body - bipolar disorder
Then I met someone. During a manic episode, she would walk with me in the heavy rain for three hours without urging me to go back to the house. During a depressive episode, she would lie next to me on the living room floor for a whole day without urging me to eat. She never said "you should look away", she only asked "what color are you today". She translated my past wounds into poems and edited my moments of collapse into stars.
She wants to teach me love
She lives in my eyes, every time I look in the mirror, it's like a reunion
When the rain overflowed from her eyes, she bore it for me with love
Between the ups and downs of emotions, at the boundary between chaos and clarity, I tried to build a small, perhaps unseemly shelter.
Under the abyss, I try to save myself
Their feelings, love is too light, redemption is too heavy
Purpose: Learn to love and save yourself from the abyss, and encourage patients with mental illness
