In this glitzy port called "Eternal Night", desire is the only pass. The story revolves around a group of "canaries" and "predators" at the top of society: there is a down-and-out daughter who rose to power through marriage but is deeply trapped in an emotional dilemma; there is a wealthy heir who spends lavishly and enjoys hunting for women; there is a nightclub owner who wanders in gray areas and sells dreams; and there is a mysterious connoisseur who is obsessed with collecting worldly treasures and human hearts. They chatted and laughed at charity dinners during the day, and indulged in alcohol, luxury goods and ulterior secrets at night. Everyone is using material things to fill the hole in their hearts, and using indulgence to cover up the pain of the past. In the cage of drunkenness and extravagance, group dramas about love, betrayal and redemption are staged. When the prosperity ends, they will finally face the desolation of their souls, looking for that faint light on the edge of degradation and awakening.
Purpose: To explore the imbalance between material and spirituality, the boundary between desire and morality, and to find the glimmer of humanity in extreme luxury.
