Bengtie fan story
This is a requiem for the vanishing stars, and it is also a question about "meaning" itself.
In the vast cosmic background of "Honkai Impact: Star Rail", I tried to construct a secret destiny called "Reincarnation" - it does not believe in eternal existence, but only believes in the cycle of birth and death of civilization, and pursues the eternal sublimation of the overall sequence. However, this collection of settings is not a cold manual of power, but a door to the deepest and hottest core of its philosophy: "Pain in the Past".
"Pain of the Past" is about the war between reason and emotion, individual and system, short-lived existence and eternal memory. It does not provide cheap hope for salvation, it only frankly shows: under the cold metabolic laws of the universe, how those specific tears, useless scratches, failed ideals and hands that are still stretched out even though they know it is futile define the dignity of "human beings" and ultimately constitute the most tenacious "meaning" against nothingness.
Welcome to the shadow of "The Rotation." Here, we will watch the starlight extinguish together, and try to understand why the light before it is extinguished is worthy of being remembered by the universe forever.
Intent: This is a requiem for the vanishing stars, and it is also a question about "meaning" itself.
