In the summer of his freshman year, Wei Chengyu decided to go to disaster-ridden Japan for special reasons. On the way to the ferry, he happened to meet Tanaka Ichimura, a Japanese policeman who had just returned from China, and the two became unexpectedly connected.
After arriving in Tokyo, Tanaka Ichimura showed a set of strange photos to Wei Chengyu - in the images fifty years ago and in recent times, the sky scenery was completely different, but the same mysterious figure appeared. Following the clues, they found Yukino Yukino, the "Chosen One" who was responsible for predicting and resisting disasters.
Unregulated weather, frequent earthquakes, and the whole city is full of weirdness. The three people, who had nothing in common before, gathered together because of this bizarre incident, determined to uncover the truth behind the vision and the mysterious figure in their own way.
The purpose: to explore the cause and effect of history in the intersection of time and space, and to find the ultimate answer to human nature and guilt in the fetters of fate.
