[Hp]guardian of the Forest

This is an extended story about personal heroism. The idea is: HP's story background is from 1991 to 1997, and the world is undergoing great changes. Why does the wizarding world in the British setting seem to be disconnected from the rest of the world? If a transfer student with a complicated background and an international perspective comes to Hogwarts, what changes will happen to the story of the "savior" defeating the "Dark Lord"? ... Oh, by the way, the title of the book "Alexei" means guardian, and his last name "Forest" means forest, so he is the guardian of the forest, and it is not a story about the forbidden forest.
