Realistic sadomasochism, the female protagonist's awakening, the male protagonist assists, and the reunion
My parents always said "it's all for your own good", but turned around and secretly gave the money they saved to my younger brother. My first love gave me the first feeling of being respected, but they left me where I was on the day I enlisted in the army. Lacking love, I tried to please everyone who came close to me like grabbing driftwood. From school to the workplace, from brief ambiguities to bruised love, I thought love was compromise. It wasn't until I gave birth to my son and was in confinement that I saw the indifference of the people around me. Everyone was thinking about themselves, and I felt like I was on an isolated island. Only then did I fully understand: the end of pleasing someone is never someone's preference, but finding yourself.
This is a story about native family, pleasing personality and self-awakening. I finally stopped chasing the light and became my own light.
Purpose: To explore the profound impact of the implicit patriarchal family of origin on female personality, to show the growth process of women with a please-loving personality from being dependent on others to awakening during the confinement period, and to convey the value of "pleasing cannot be exchanged for preference, self-acceptance and growth are the ultimate destination".
