He starts out as the Great Old One High-Dimensional Overseer, and is half-mad in the early chapters, with a serious robot-like vibe. This story is basically all about Lord of the Mysteries, so let’s happily forget about Circle of Inevitability. The High-Dimensional Overseer uses the original setting, but since it’s only described in broad strokes, I’ll fill in some details and make changes.
