I stood in the lobby and looked at the scenery, and the customers outside the lobby looked at me through the glass. Look at the colleagues who are locked in the bulletproof glass of the counter. They are like goldfish kept in a crystal fish tank.
It is said in the history of literature that great works are born from pain. I was in great pain, and I had nowhere to vent my pain. I could only vent my pain through words. I don't really care how many people see this article. I just want to do one thing, leave something, leave some true voice in my heart in my life. What I am here is different from the hypocrisy and absurdity of all other platforms. It is just the sound of my heart crying out.
I am not the only one suffering in this industry, but everyone seems to be numb.
Not so, not so! There are always people who won't be numb, and there are always people who don't want to be treated as ornamental fish to jump out, even if the price is falling to death and lack of oxygen.
This article is written for me, and for every colleague who has not been assimilated like me.
When the fault is the system and not the people, let me tell you, don't try to make me insensitive.
Purpose: Suffering needs to be recorded
