Lin Xi is the person in charge of the "Morning Project". During the bidding process, he reunited with his first love Gu Chen who left without saying goodbye eight years ago. He returned with her unsent love letter, and his tenderness penetrated her life and work. When Lin Xi was indulging in an old relationship, she accidentally discovered Gu Chen's encrypted files, revealing that he was actually a "human behavior observer". His tasks included: observing and recording her emotional response to her "father's unjust case" (related to her family), and guiding her to make decisions in the project that were beneficial to the capital behind it, "Deep Space Technology." So-called reunions, overtures, and even crises are all carefully designed "stress tests."
The furious Lin Xi took advantage of the situation and turned into a "sample" to fight against the hunt. She used Gu Chen's "observation" to transmit false emotional signals in reverse, and cooperated with her true ally (the original villain Li Wei, who can be reconstructed as a forced collaborator) inside and outside. At the final presentation of the project, she exposed the intrusive nature of the "Morning Light Project" on the spot and released key evidence about the capital scandal in Gu Chen's observation log. In the end, Gu Chen chose to betray the organization and protect Lin Xi amid the collapse of his faith and the torn apart of his true emotions. What they win is not love, but a possibility to redefine each other and the future based on real scars and choices on top of the ruins. (Suspense upgrade: Is love instinct, or a choice predicted by an algorithm?)
Concept: 1. Dual identity reversal: The male protagonist Gu Chen returns, appearing to be reunited, but in fact he is an observer of a "social experiment" involving an old case involving the female protagonist's father. The heroine Lin Xi transforms from an "emotional victim" to a "truth hunter".
2. Conspiracy nested structure: The campus conspiracy eight years ago was just a part of a larger business shady and human experiment. Love and trust become the variables being tested.
3. High-concept setting: The essence of the project "Project Dawn" is a behavioral prediction algorithm. The test content includes models of human emotional decision-making under extreme pressure. The male and female protagonists are both "test samples".
