However, during the Lantern Festival, she was caught by a glimpse of scholar Liu Mingxuan, and her fate suddenly changed. Liu Mingxuan was lovesick and fell ill. In order to save her son, his mother turned to the mysterious goddess for help, and actually used witchcraft to steal Lanze's soul. As a result, Lan Ze lost his mind and fell ill. Although Liu Mingxuan recovered, his temperament changed drastically, and there seemed to be two voices in his body.
In order to save his lover, Chen Shi went through explorations, night visits, mass grave fights and other dangers.
