Li Wei woke up from a nightmare in a warehouse full of mutant creatures. He thought he had escaped back to reality, but found that the street had been blocked by the military. He and the horrified crowd were herded into a white cabin and queued up in endless corridors to wait for their blood to be drawn - everyone sealed their blood in a silver blood bag, not knowing that it was a backup of their consciousness. When eyes grew out of Li Wei's blood bag, he began to see another layer of the world: the so-called reality was a test dream of a sleeping giant. The ultimate multiple-choice question faced by each subject will reveal the cruelest and gentlest truth of human existence at the moment when the dream owner wakes up.
Intent: This work explores the nature of consciousness and the paradox of freedom through layers of nested reality tests: true awakening does not lie in discovering the truth, but in realizing that the desire to find the truth itself is a prison. Only by accepting "I am a part of the dream" can we regain our love for this intertwined world of reality and reality with a clear mind.
