Synopsis
Daybreak stand-in complete world view setting 1. The core of the world The Dawn Star is a planet that was hit by the "star core" of an extraterrestrial meteor. The meteor fragments "arrows" scattered throughout the planet, allowing some creatures to awaken the substitute ability called "substitute". Those with this ability are called "substitute messengers". The planet is divided into six major domains by the boundaries between nature and man-made, corresponding to the territories of the six core stand-in messengers. There are constant conflicts between the domains due to resources and ideas, and the power of the "arrow" continues to awaken new messengers, making the situation increasingly chaotic. 2. Substitute rules 1. Awakening conditions: Either you are born with the genes of star core fragments, or you come into contact with raw star core stones/high-concentration star power areas. The probability of awakening is strongly related to "physique", "bloodline" and "mental power". 2. Ability binding: The avatar is deeply bound to the spirit and life of the messenger. When the messenger is seriously injured, the avatar will become weak, and when the messenger dies, the avatar will dissipate; some avatars will have mental backlash when used. 3. Attribute restraint: The avatar is divided into nine attributes: rock, sound, machinery, blood, light, fire, beast, time, and luck. It follows the restraint cycle of "rock overcomes fire, fire overcomes beast, beast overcomes sound, sound overcomes time, time overcomes luck, luck overcomes rock, blood overcomes light, light overcomes machinery, and machinery overcomes blood." 4. Form classification: - Representational type: a substitute with a physical form that can directly participate in physical combat; - Energy type: a substitute in the form of energy/phantom, good at long-range/special effect attacks; - Rule type: A stand-in that manipulates abstract rules, with powerful abilities but strict limitations. 3. The six major domains correspond to the envoys The Eastern Territory·Underground Rock Territory is densely covered with rock formations and is rich in star power crystals and attribute rocks. It protects underground resources and refuses exploitation by outsiders. Western Region·Prophecy Star Tower Region The suspended high tower contains astrological prophecies. When the attributes are used, interpret the star core prophecies and prevent planetary crises. Southern Territory·Forest Language Secret Realm. Towering ancient trees, full of natural spiritual power. Attribute forest. Protect the forest ecology and expel polluters. Northern Territory · Mechanical Steel Territory Metal city, advanced mechanical technology. Attributed machinery. Use machinery to transform the planet and strengthen the ability to swear. Central Domain·Royal Platinum Domain, the hinterland of the royal city, protects the royal family's orthodoxy. The attribute light maintains the order of the planet and balances the forces of all parties. Border·Fire Domain Desert border, smuggling activities are rampant. Fire attribute controls border trade and reaps the benefits. 4. Core Conflict 1. Expansion of the Blood Oath Legion: Crimson led the Blood Oath Legion to use the excuse of "unifying the Dawn Star" to forcibly annex surrounding areas. His avatar's blood control ability is suppressive to most messengers, becoming the planet's greatest threat. 2. The mutation of the star core: The original star core stone gradually awakened inside the Dawn Star, and the energy released caused some avatars to lose control, and even gave birth to "mad avatars" without masters, threatening the security of all domains. 3. Domain interest disputes: The six domains constrain each other due to differences in resources and concepts. For example, the Mechanical Steel Domain wants to mine crystals from the underground rock domain, while the Border Fire Domain seeks to profit from them, making it difficult for the alliance to resist the enemy. Intent: Bonds and redemption: A lonely messenger will eventually be unable to withstand the craze. Trust and bonds across domain boundaries are the ultimate key to resolving the star core crisis and redeeming the Dawn Star.
