On his 12th birthday, Lin Xiaoman received the mysterious copper key left by his grandmother, and opened the "Library of Forgotten" hidden at No. 18 Wutong Street - a different space that collects all stories on the verge of disappearing. As the new guardian, she must enter the forgotten story world to find the "narrative core" that sustains its existence. Purpose: Through the fantasy setting of "stories need to be remembered in order to exist", explore the dialectical relationship between memory, freedom and responsibility: the real protection is not to possess or imprison, but to give the right to choose and be remembered. The story uses a child's perspective to dispel the pessimistic proposition of "forgetting = death" and conveys the warm belief that "every ordinary individual can become the fulcrum for the survival of others and the world."
