Lin Ran is the unpopular daughter of the Lin family. She is extremely talented and loves oil painting, but she has been repeatedly suppressed by her parents. The long-term suppression has made her suffer from autism and is extremely sensitive to thunder and noise. Her parents favored her younger brother and sent her abroad when she came of age. Lin Ran went to Venice, Italy to study oil painting as she wished.

Not long after, a burst of melodious cello sound dispelled Lin Ran's gloom. She followed the sound and met Chen Wu, a Chinese boy who was blind in his left eye. Chen Wu was once the concertmaster of the orchestra. He was blinded in a car accident due to jealousy, and now works as an assistant in the Venice Orchestra. The two hit it off, and Lin Ran confided half of his life's pain to him, while Chen Wu responded to her emotions through her paintings and the sound of the piano.
Under the moonlight, the sound of the piano blended with the brush. Lin Ran painted the foggy blue sea and blue roses, and Chen Wu improvised for the painting. Two lonely hearts approached quietly, and they came together to see the sights of Venice together.
Later, Chen Wu returned to the position of the orchestra's leader with his strength, and Lin Ran also won the first prize in the Monet oil painting competition with "Fog Blue Sea". At the seaside, heavy fog hugged Lin Ran. She looked at the foggy blue sea and whispered softly: "I saw the ocean, and I also saw the foggy blue in your left eye." The sound of the waves witnessed two people who were wronged by fate, using art as a mediator to redeem each other and grow wildly.
