In May 1952, Sotilia Orestine, a 12-year-old immigrant girl from Liverpool, was charged with manslaughter and spent twelve years in a juvenile correctional institution.
In November 1964, Sotilia, a Greek woman living in England, ended her correctional life. She went to Southern Ireland and officially moved to the small town of Passres in Cornwall.
The nightmare of killing her friends lingered in her mind. In her dreams, she was sometimes blamed by her friends, and sometimes she was attacked by the reptiles she had raised with her friends.
The long pain cannot be cured, even if you start a new life, you cannot escape it.
