A story about a girl band that unfolds in the fictional city of "The Windy City."
Many years ago, an animation called "Ballad of Wind City" sparked a trend of girl bands in Windy City. The Sky Music Festival held subsequently became the most anticipated event for girls in Windy City every summer.
By chance, five girls with different personalities came together and started their journey with the goal of participating in the Sky Music Festival. The encounter, running-in, and collision of these people will also compose a piece of youth and growth.
