Su Yue was once a talented documentary director, but now he is just a sealed "forbidden island" in the university.
The shallow scar on her wrist is the past she keeps silent about, and the thick fog under her eyes is the safety line she draws for everyone.
New student Xu Zhiyu wants to cross the line.
Others said: "Stay away from Teacher Su, she has a grave in her heart."
But Xu Zhiyu wanted to be that grave robber, digging up the dust to see whether what was buried inside was the remains of a genius or an unquenched spark.
"Documentaries capture the unspeakable truth." Su Yue said.
"There is a difference between teachers and students. Do your own thing."
Xu Zhiyu's camera only wanted to focus on her:
"I will let you pick up the camera again, Teacher Su. This is not a request, I will do it."
A "collusion" started quietly in the classroom.
They exchanged breaths in the darkroom and tested the definition of love on the edge of the lesson plan. Until the bloody mouth of the old public opinion opened again and swallowed them together.
Su Yue chose to uproot himself before dawn and said goodbye: "I am a piece of waste that must be cut out of your life."
Xu Zhiyu carved this sentence into the only prologue in his award-winning documentary.
The encounters that come out of the fog end up in the fog, woven into a cocoon that cannot be unraveled by time.
(Note: Meeting in the mist, secret love, aesthetics of regret, stream-of-consciousness narrative, please proceed with caution)
Intention: Use love as a cocoon, and use love to break the cocoon
