Loki has a secret that he keeps deep in his heart and is determined not to grow flowers again - he loves his brother. But such depression and such despicable love increasingly destroyed him, and he tried to hate him.
Thor may be a slow man, but that doesn't mean he can't notice them - those snake-like emotions that coil up are undoubtedly dangerous. But his vanity tries to tap into what lies beneath.
A reminder: the writing comes from the official comic "Thor and Loki: Blood Ties", so this is a story based on it, but it should be noted that I mixed the movie versions of them to give them a different ending.
