The story begins in 1937, on the eve of the fall of Shanghai. Tian Muyu forced his beloved Zheng Musin to take refuge in Hong Kong, but he chose to stay in the occupied area. On the surface, he cooperated with the Japanese, but in fact, he used commercial networks to establish underground transportation lines to deliver urgently needed supplies to the anti-Japanese front line.
Mu Xin recovered from his grief in Hong Kong, relied on his business talent to build his own transportation network, and secretly supported the Anti-Japanese War. In the past three years, although the two were separated in two places, they re-understood each other through their common beliefs - Tian Muyu learned that true love is respect and fulfillment, while Mu Xin grew from a protected person to a comrade who can stand side by side with his lover.
