My Tenant Is the Lord of Chaos

Relaxing and funny/Two male protagonists/Urban demons This is a story about an unemployed second-generation veteran, and a narcissistic ancient god of chaos, who are forced to live together and reveal their thousand-year history in the daily life of catching ghosts. Unemployed, in debt, and desperate programmer Zhang Hang accidentally released the ancient chaos that had been sealed for thousands of years during an "entrepreneurship". This god with boundless power but extremely weak, peerless appearance and deep narcissism saw through Zhang Hang's secret at a glance: He possesses the purest "untainted soul" in the world, which can be called a top-notch walking treasure, but he has no power to protect himself. Because of this, he is surrounded by monsters and demons, and he relies on a "House of Glory" sign on the door to survive. One needs money and safety, the other needs to restore strength and beauty. Two "roommates" bound by fate (and poverty) hit it off and started an absurd modern business: in the name of veterans' meticulous housekeeping, they went to homes to drive out ghosts and catch monsters. From dealing with antique ghosts in luxury homes to purifying workplace resentments in office buildings, their "spiritual analysis technology" started in the absurd. However, as the business unfolds, Zhang Hang discovers that it is not only his Yuanling that attracts evil spirits, but it also seems to be related to his own mysterious bloodline. In the darkness of the city, an organization called "Guiyi Pavilion" is quietly gathering evil spirits with the intention of restarting the "Hundred Ghosts at Night"... On the one hand, there is the daily life of flying around and using technology to wrap up the business of gods and demons. On the other hand, there is the huge suspense about the balance of the world and one's own life experience that gradually emerges. How will Zhang Hang and his "chaotic" tenants work together to uncover the truth and find their own way back in this bizarre modern city? Purpose: To explore how individuals can find self-worth and true protection between order and chaos, modern technology and ancient mystery. The core is the loner: the programmers abandoned by social rules and the forgotten gods who transcend the rules warm each other and grow together.
