"My Days" is based on the real police career of Tanghe County police officer Zhou Mingsen, connecting the story of Tianglan's life spanning more than 40 years. In 1984, I just graduated from the police academy and stepped into the grassroots police station, spreading my most vivid youth into the fireworks in the streets. In 1996, he was transferred to the Qiyi Police Station and appointed as deputy director and back-office work. He worked on the farm edges of mountain villages and in the main halls of farmers, turning household registration services and area responsibility compliance into the hearts of the people. In 2001, he transferred to the Tonghe Police Station, where he worked to resolve disputes among the villages along the river, patrol and guard the peace of the land and water. In 2004, he was transferred to the deputy captain of the special patrol brigade. He led the team to patrol the streets and alleys, weaving the city's security defense line with his footsteps. In 2017, he was transferred to the Logistics Section, where he worked with firearms and ammunition behind the iron door of the gun warehouse, guarding the "lifeline" of public security work with extreme rigor. From a green young boy to frost on his temples, Zhou Mingsen retired honorably in 2025. There are no exaggerated heroic narratives in his forty years on the police force, only perseverance step by step, which hides the simplest and most profound interpretation of "People's Public Security for the People" by a generation of grassroots police officers.
