The story of a little wood finally meeting a similarly lonely little snake, but having to choose between home and country, may be a bit painful.
[My childhood memories are full of fires. They burn from spring to winter, especially in autumn. Black ash and dead leaves swirl in the heat wave, black in the fire, fire in the black, like a spiraling red snake.
Autumn Tower. Four hundred years later, it is still so clear in my mind. The smooth mahogany floor, the eternally burning silver carbon, the corridors and carvings that are more and more exquisite, and the sound of the piano coming from the depths of the deep corridor. Everything is gorgeous, warm as spring, as quiet as shadows, a brocade burning in the furnace, a place so beautiful that it dies.
[Qiu Lou, brothel. Qiu and Qing have very similar pronunciations, but have vastly different meanings. For some people, Qiu Lou is just a special brothel. For me, I have been trapped by these two words my whole life.
The author rewards his own work, which is very self-entertaining and contains a lot of literary remarks.
First-person narrative, the early love line is not too obvious. It's just a be, but I think it's pretty complete. I might write a sweet side story in the follow-up.
