50 years ago, the universe was distorted, parallel time and space overlapped, and another wave of humans was forced into the earth. Turbulence and unrest shrouded the planet. After the overlap of time and space, a series of conflicts comparable to the world war occurred between the "aboriginals" and the "invaders". 30 Years later, the two waves of humans reluctantly reached an agreement, and each country gave part of the land as the territory of the "invaders" without disturbing each other.
Ten years later, the "invaders", as higher-dimensional humans, had increasingly strong demands for resources, and a series of conflicts broke out again between the two waves of humans. In order to maintain social order, governments of various countries jointly established the International Inter-Civilization Joint Council, which basically guaranteed the safety of "indigenous people" with thunderous means.
