Introduction to the work:
Sixteen-year-old Jiang Zhichu, whose name hides the hope that "human beings are inherently good by nature", once believed that the world was as clear and gentle as the melting snow in early spring. Until a silent fall dragged her into the abyss - her private heart was ruthlessly exposed, and her trust was shattered like glass. She was like a bird with broken wings, falling from a branch eager to fly, its wings covered with mud and pain. During countless late nights when she could not sleep, she repeatedly asked: If human nature is good, where does the harm come from? If human nature is inherently evil, what's the point of persevering? This is not a diary, but broken feathers scattered in the gaps of time. She bent down to pick up the pieces alone in the desolation, piece by piece, clumsily putting them together. I want to know if the bird that once looked up at the sky is still alive, and I want to know if the "beginning" crushed by the strong wind can still recover its original appearance from the ruins.
Intent: Even in the deepest pain and isolation, the soul is still looking for traces and glimmers of its own existence in the ruins.
