"Silent Snow, Traces of Old Years" takes a winter snow in Wuhan in 2026 as an example, and traces the youth story of Su Nian and Wen Ninghe starting in junior high school in 2013. From the heartbeat when the two first met, to the gradual intersection after the monthly exam, to the intimacy through long late-night conversations during sex, holding an umbrella together on rainy nights, and then to each other's company when their grandmother passed away, they intertwined a bright and sour youth trajectory in seven hundred and seventy days. Su Nian cherished a secret love, hand-drawn books, and collected wishing bottles. However, on the eve of the high school entrance examination, she was suddenly shunned and hurt by Wen Ninghe. The relationship ended in misunderstanding and pulling. Many years later, Su Nian, who had become an editor at a publishing house, reunited with Wen Ninghe, who had become a track and field athlete, on a snowy winter day in Wuhan. The sharp pain in the past had long been smoothed away by time, and the two said goodbye in a calm conversation. The work uses snow as an image to connect the passionate love, silent regrets and growth and transformation of youth, telling a story about love, loss and relief.
Purpose: Using the regrets of youth as a guide to interpret the power of growth and relief.
