It tells the story of "Sunshine", a master of nameology, whose faith collapsed because his true love got married. He meets a wise man who points out the illusion of "names and appearances". He put aside his obsession with magic and observed the "wordless patterns" in his daily life, realizing the true nature of life. From meditating by the riverside to witnessing the reconciliation between father and son, Xue Ye finally had an epiphany: the true Tao lies in the ordinary life of letting go of "self-grasping". This is a spiritual transition from symbolic life back to original existence.
Purpose: Using nameology as a metaphor to explore how contemporary people can find their true nature in a labeled existence.
