"We stand on the shoulders of monkeys."
In the distant future, humans are making drastic changes to the planet. Dr. Juetsu, who believes that all humans are monkeys, defies all opinions and puts the monkeys on the newly transformed planet and spreads special nano-viruses in the planet's atmosphere, hoping to make the monkeys evolve into a race of intelligent servants to welcome the arrival of their creator.
As expected, however, interstellar-scale human infighting ensued, plunging Earth and its colonies into a thousand-year Dark Age. In the end, the survivors escaped from their dying homeland in the Ark spaceship and headed for the green planet transformed by Ju Yue, hoping to find a glimmer of hope for survival.
But accidents also happened there: the monkeys in Jue Viet failed to reach their destination, and the nanovirus unexpectedly infected the spider group after losing its established host. Their civilization system flourished, but it was completely different from ours.
At the same time, Ju Yue's artificial intelligence consciousness is still orbiting the modified planet in a spacecraft called a "messenger" by spiders, unaware of the failure of the monkey experiment and the birth of spider civilization.
One end of the light-year is the last embers of human civilization on the spaceship, and the other end of the light-year is the spider generations such as Bescia (derived from the jumping spider's scientific name, portia labiata), Bianca, and Fabian, which have been passed down from generation to generation. They weave the network of knowledge and society, and build the materialized "World Wide Web." The collision of the two civilizations is imminent.
