Xie Boyan and Ke You were the guitarist and lead singer respectively in the school band in their first year of high school. Ke You was often away from school for three and a half days due to family and health problems; he also didn't like to socialize too much. So it seems that apart from practicing singing in the music room, the two of them didn't have much interaction.
But with Xie Boyan, as long as a class break, a melody, and a moment of tacit understanding that can be connected without any communication can attract him. He wanted to know why Ke You often asked for leave, wanted to know why he hid in a corner and played the piano alone, and wanted to know why when Xie Boyan forgot the lyrics during the school anniversary performance, he did not change his expression behind him and changed the melody to match. At the age of 18, Ke You tried to write and distribute songs. After graduation, he went to study abroad and signed a company. Later, he became popular because he wrote songs for the boy band. At the age of 22, he returned to China to participate in a music program and met Xie Boyan again.
Xie Boyan debuted as a singer at the age of 20, but has always been tepid, and his album sales have been mediocre. When I met Ke You again at the age of 22, he was a judge in the audience and he was a contestant. So even if he heard people he had worked with make bad comments about him because of the program script, he readily accepted it. After graduating from college, I terminated my contract with my original company and established my own studio.
At the age of 24, both of them have embarked on a new journey in life. Facing the reunion and talking about music together again, perhaps more different feelings and thoughts emerged. Or maybe someone decides to be brave.
