He looked out the window and seemed to see sunflowers and cornflowers intertwining in the fields to form an endless sea of flowers, golden and indigo, the same bright and aggressive colors. Those flowers are tightly intertwined with the stems and leaves, in a gesture that doesn't know whether to embrace or strangle, unwilling to let go until death.
In other words, there will be no end until death.
APH (Hetalia) Lupu fellows, please don't overexamine yourself and get entangled in three-view issues, thank you.

Where did the hero die? Let's just let it go.
The article was written 12 years ago... As I was reading it, I felt that the description of the battlefield was a bit familiar (because I recently read Remarque's "All Quiet on the Western Front"). After reading the final words, should I say that this is just what happened? This cruel and true description of the battlefield made me deeply realize that "war" is just war, and no other words can be used to describe it...
However, it may also be because this is a story written 12 years ago, so there are many settings that are different now, such as the attitude of the boss towards the national consciousness (it feels weird to interrogate Ivan, it seems impossible to happen in the current national setting), and the national consciousness Death (nowadays, when something goes wrong with the country, some problems will occur in the national consciousness. There are also a few RPGs where injuries to the national consciousness will be reflected on the country to a certain extent. I have never seen anyone die directly like this without being in a special RPG like Black Tower Ghost).
Although I know this comment may not make sense, the author probably can't see it, so this is just an impression.
