This article focuses on the married life of Lin Zhenyu and Shao Miao, from the sweet marriage, to the life test of pregnancy and loss, to witnessing the final chapter of love between Mr. Hu and Xiao Yu. In the end, Lin Zhenyu retired calmly at the age of sixty, and found a new balance with Shao Miao in the second half of their lives. The story explores the deeper aspects of intimate relationships: how to be each other's harbor in the wind and rain, and how to face the gains, losses, and changes in life gracefully.
