Jack and William return to their long-lost home, but receive a letter from the Serlings, informing them that their mutual friend Paul has disappeared and was declared dead during the university riot. Jack controlled the complicated emotions to attend the funeral, but met Paul again in his dream, and the two returned to the good times they spent together as children. However, the dream gradually distorts, the cruelty of reality interweaves with the warmth of memory, Paul appears in the form of a ghost, questions, embraces, and finally merges with Jack. Jack woke up from his dream and found himself alone in the dark, unable to calm down for a long time.
