Chang's Martial Arts Book Written by Chang Naizhoucompleted "Chang's Book of Martial Arts" is a masterpiece on martial arts (mainly boxing) written by Chang Naizhou (1724~1783), a Confucian boxer during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. His fifth-generation disciple Yuan Yuhua (a disciple of Zhou Xuan Sun Depu) published an old version of Zhou's martial arts works in 1921, which was divided into two types: "The Theory of Cultivating Zhongqi" and "The Reference to Military Preparation", a total of 131 articles.
