"The Dawns Here Are Quiet" is a famous work by Soviet writer Vasilyev. "The Dawns Here Are Quiet" describes the story of five Soviet female soldiers fighting bravely against four well-trained German airborne troops in a mountain village north of Leningrad during the Soviet Union's Great Patriotic War. After the novel was published, it was quickly adapted into a screenplay for stage and screen.
