I’ve Already Attained Primordial Unity, and You Want Me to Journey to the West for Scriptures?

Chen Wei transmigrates into a vast fantasy world, survives countless tribulations to attain the Dao of Hunyuan, and becomes the sole ruler of all the heavens. He is only a vast amount of Heavenly Dao merit away from transcending the world.

Frustrated that his world is too peaceful to earn points, he casually switches to an account in a parallel world. When he opens his eyes, he finds himself as Jin Chanzi, about to be banished to the mortal realm at the Ullambana Festival!

The prehistoric world, after the Investiture of the Gods, before the Journey to the West begins.

Looking at the gods and Buddhas filling the skies, high above and scripting the story, ready to use him as a tool for farming merit, Chen Wei smiles.

Ten lifetimes reincarnating as a mortal? Eighty-one trials, getting captured by monsters? And in the end, most of the merit goes to Spirit Mountain?

Sorry, but I'm a mighty Hunyuan Daluo Golden Immortal. I'm invincible unless a Saint shows up. Why should I follow your script?

He strips off his kasaya in front of everyone, cuts his ties with Buddhism, and reshapes himself into the supreme human holy body!

I'm going on the Journey to the West, sure, but I decide how it goes!

From today on, I'm no disciple of Buddhism. I'm the one calling the shots in this great calamity!

He turns the rebellious members of the Heavenly Court to his side and overhauls the pilgrimage team.

When he runs into wild great demons, he sends them straight to the afterlife for points. When he encounters the mounts of gods and Buddhas, he bundles them up with their backers and extorts them!

Years later, when Chen Wei and his eccentric disciples and hired muscle block the gates of Spirit Mountain and take all the merit of the great calamity for themselves, the gods and Buddhas filling the skies collectively break down:

"Please, just hurry up and transcend! Keep going like this and you'll strip the Three Realms bare!"
