Infinite Search, Loot, and Escape

Meng Shisui froze abruptly in the middle of a running stride. The space around her shattered inch by inch, and a blinding flash of light yanked her inside.

When she opened her eyes again, she found herself surrounded by people with bewildered expressions.

Some were still gripping the hand straps on a bus, while others were frozen in the middle of squatting to use the toilet, drawing complicated looks from those nearby.

"What's going on?"

"No way, did I transmigrate? There's no internet, so I'll record this for now and send it when I get a signal!"

"Kidnapping? My family really has no money. We're still paying off the mortgage, car loan, and bride price!"

The crowd was in an uproar. Meng Shisui was still holding three breakfasts and had no idea how to react.

[Welcome to the Scavenger Game. Please listen carefully to the rules!]

[1. Search for items. Items come in seven grades, indicated by gray, white, green, blue, purple, gold, and red light effects. Red-grade items are the most valuable. Items taken out of an instance can be exchanged for points, which can be used to purchase supplies in the shop.]

[2. Death in the game means you cannot return to reality. Monsters may appear in instances. You can avoid them by using the environment, or choose to kill them. Monsters may drop items when killed, and combining different items can trigger special effects.]

[3. You can leave only by finding an evacuation point, unless you possess a special escape item.]

[4. Four storage slots have been unlocked. Identical items can be stacked without limit.]

[Good luck to you all!]
