System Awakening from the Start: This Monk Exorcises with His Fists

[Cyberpunk Cultivation] + [Physical Deliverance] + [Overwhelming Violence] + [Insane Gold Farming] + [Decisive Killing] + [No Female Lead]

Li Yan dropped out of college in his first year and was burdened with a million in loan-shark debt. To scrape by, he joined the Federation's number-one orthodox sect, the Great Vehicle Thunderclap Temple, as a junior trainee martial monk.

The mechanical Buddhas filling the skies looked merciful on the surface, but secretly raised demons to devour people. In this messed-up world, Li Yan awakens the [Supreme Merit System] at the brink of despair. As long as he converts demons, he is guaranteed to obtain core cybernetic implants and cybernetic divine abilities!

While others recite scriptures to send the dead on their way, Li Yan swings an eight-hundred-jin plasma monk's staff and smashes demons into a pulp. While others fear the Night Parade of a Hundred Ghosts, Li Yan transforms into the "Namo Gatling Bodhisattva," spinning at three thousand six hundred rounds a breath and clearing the field by force just to earn his full performance bonus!

"Amitabha. This humble monk is here to deliver you, not to leave survivors!"

He fights his way from the lowest slums all the way up Mount Ling. When a host of corporate-financier Bodhisattvas blocks his path, Li Yan plants a foot on the abbot's head and stubs out his cigarette: "The pay you people offer isn't even enough to cover the late fees on my Huabei. Now go enter nirvana, all of you!"
