That is the Abyss Investigation Bureau and its investigators.

This is a fanfiction based on a certain four-character game about fairies. Even if you haven't played it, you'll be able to understand most of the story. (At worst, some jokes might go over your head, and the names are hard to remember.) The story won't use in-game slang, so newcomers can safely sneak a taste.
Strictly speaking, it's an unconventional cosplay-transmigration story. Don't worry about the protagonist (because the protagonist is basically just a tool, yes, that's right). There won't be any out-of-character remarks from beneath the costumes in the main text, except for mental conversations.
There are plenty of original additions that completely depart from the game's setting. Anything that doesn't match the original canon should be treated as an original addition.
