Lu Xingye is sick, and seriously so.
He pretends to be a gentle, perfect top student, hacks into Lin Chuchu's phone, installs surveillance cameras, and drives away everyone who gets close to her.
Everyone thinks Lin Chuchu is a pitiful little bird locked in a cage and tells her to run.
But no one knows that she saw through Lu Xingye's act long ago.
When he checks her phone, she deliberately posts flirtatious moments visible only to him;
When he drives away her suitors, she deliberately leans close to his ear and whispers, "Senior, you look so good when you're jealous."
Then one day, Lin Chuchu ties him to a chair, hooks up the gold-rimmed glasses he dropped on the floor with her fingertip, and smiles like a little demon:
"Lu Xingye, didn't you want to control me? How come you're the one who's turned into my dog?"
Later, the mad genius who can make things happen wherever he goes is willing to kneel at her feet with bloodshot eyes, gripping the hem of her clothes as he pleads in a low, sickly voice:
"Chuchu, don't smile at anyone else... please."
