When Meng Jinghe was first brought to Xie Jingyuan, she timidly called him "Uncle."

Later, when Meng Jinghe realizes that their feelings are growing more and more complicated, she tries to suppress her emotions and push him away as Xie Jingyuan presses closer at every turn.

Xie Jingyuan gives her no chance. Pinning her in a corner, he grazes her ear with his teeth and speaks in a coaxing, almost playful voice. "If you like your uncle, then like your uncle. Why run away?"
