After waking up, game streamer Lu Qing discovered that he had transmigrated into a bizarre world of water.
And it wasn't just him. According to the System, more than ten million people around the world had become players.
Each person had only a raft and a fishing rod.
But the rod's special trait was that it could, with some probability, catch NPCs? Living people?
"Caught a female merfolk, a lighthouse jellyfish. You can trade with her for a respec item."
"Caught a female beastkin, a goat. Be sure to protect your divine bloodline from being drained!"
"Caught a female official from the Great Ming, a member of the divine race. She can raise your starting favor with certain factions."
Everyone was stunned that Lu Qing could wield the power of every fate. He could only keep insisting:
"I'm the president of the NPC Protection Association. I oppose all malicious acts that harm friendly NPCs!"
