Livestream: The Banned Hiking King Takes on a Nationwide Challenge

[Nerd Turns His Life Around] [Successful Weight Loss] [Livestreaming Influencer] [Tycoon System]

Ye Yunshan is a bona fide greasy middle-aged man, an overweight homebody. His family has tried to set him up on countless blind dates, but his looks have scared every prospect away. Even the matchmakers don't want to introduce him to anyone anymore. He's become a notorious lazy bachelor, known throughout the village.

His parents are thoroughly disappointed and stop trying to manage him. He gives up completely, refusing to work the fields or earn a living, and just lies flat, waiting to die.

Everyone else thinks his life is over, but he couldn't be happier.

Then he hears a ding:

[Ding! Congratulations, lucky one! You have been selected by the Walking Livestream Punishment-and-Reward System.]

[Ding! Mission: Complete a five-kilometer walking livestream at Shanshi Bend within one hour. Complete the mission to receive a 1,000-yuan reward. Fail, and your weight will increase by ten jin.]

"What the hell? A System? Walking? And five kilometers? Screw your five kilometers. I'd rather die than exercise."

After cursing, Ye Yunshan rolls over and goes back to sleep.

One hour later.

[Ding! Host has failed to complete the mission. Failure penalty: weight increased by ten jin.]

The clear voice rings out again. Ye Yunshan jolts upright.

After taking three minutes to process it, he feels his belly has gotten bigger and rushes to the scale.

"Holy crap..."
