Reborn in 1955: Stockpiling Seafood at Blackwater Bay and Raising Orphans

After waking from a nap, top marine scientist He Jingchao found himself back in 1955, on the icy maritime frontier of the Far East.

At the time, the great powers monopolized the deep sea, foreign merchants ran rampant, and Chinese fishing crews suffered abuse at the bottom of the ladder.

No System? No problem! With an unmatched knowledge of ocean currents and fishing seasons, as precise as radar, he was the god of these waters!

A beat-up wooden boat from the start?

His first haul pinpointed and intercepted a massive sardine run worth tens of millions, one that Japanese merchants had spent half a month searching for. The whole crowd was stunned!

His second haul took him deep into the icy sea, where he pulled up top-quality bluefin tuna worth a fortune, setting off a sensation in the European business world!

Starting with beachcombing for shellfish, he traded up to an iron-hulled boat, built deep-sea trawlers, and assembled an ocean-going fleet of tens of thousands of tons!

When foreign merchants tried to join forces to blockade him, they were horrified to discover that He Jingchao's steel behemoths had already taken over all four of the world's oceans!

Standing on the deck of his giant ship, He Jingchao looked down at the crowd: "The Chinese call the shots on these seas!"
