[No CP + ancient zombies + infrastructure building + fleeing disaster + modern supply space + light ensemble cast]
Zombies break out in ancient times. Thatched huts and earthen houses can't hold them back, and wooden clubs and iron knives can't kill them. The ancients, who believe in spirits and ghosts, even regard zombies as immortal beings. The zombie virus sweeps across the entire dynasty.
Jiang Zhi has no parents and struggles to survive under her aunt's care. By chance, she obtains a magical pocket realm.
The realm contains crops, livestock, and a warehouse full of supplies said to come from the modern future.
She thinks she can stay in her realm and quietly live a good life, but on the third day after getting it, she learns that a monster called a zombie has appeared in the neighboring province.
Zombies cannot be killed or destroyed, feel no pain, and love to eat people alive. They can turn the living into zombies, too.
The sky is falling.
Even worse, she finds out too late.
The first zombie to wander over from the neighboring province has already arrived in their village.
That very night, the village is overrun.
Jiang Zhi abandons her cold-hearted grandparents and their family, taking a space full of modern supplies with her as she makes a perilous escape from the zombie disaster in ancient times.
Along the way, she digs through tunnels and climbs temple beams to evade zombies, gets captured by bandits, then struggles to escape their den after they turn into zombies. At last, she takes a ship full of zombies to a corrupt border city on the verge of being overrun.
Jiang Zhi slaps her thigh.
She won't run anymore. Instead of hiding from place to place, she'll build the only safe haven in the apocalypse!
She saves capable generals, builds city walls, trades for grain seeds, and trains elite troops.
She thinks that securing a small corner for herself will be enough. But by accident, starting with a border city, she gradually recovers territory lost by humanity!
