Qilin, former war criminal of the Yao Tribe, is an S-rank menace on the wanted list.
When the war ends, he retires from the underworld, changes his name to Ye Lang, and becomes a dirt-poor teacher at Dashun Middle School.
To earn a little drinking money, he puts up a sign for his agency at 404 Sesame Street in Yunting City.
"Payment upfront, fair to all, young and old. No capital, no credit."
He had planned to keep his head down and wait for the right moment before destroying this lawless, rundown city.
Instead, his first job after opening is a major one: assassinating a prince.
His old enemy becomes a temporary teammate, and his peaceful retirement turns into a life-or-death struggle.
"As long as you're alive, you have to do something."
"That's your ideal. I'm not going anywhere."
"I'll stay right here and take out anyone who tries to touch it."
