Honghuang: After the Investiture of the Gods, I, Tongtian, Was Reborn

In his previous life, Tongtian obeyed the rules of the Daoist sect to the letter. In return, the Myriad Immortals Formation was broken, the Jie Sect was destroyed, his personal disciples were brutally killed, and he was forced to swallow the Saint-Slaying Pill!

Reborn in the past, he returns to the day the Three Sects gathered in the Zixiao Palace to discuss the Investiture of the Gods. Looking at the aggressive Yuanshi, the Two Sages of the West with their false air of compassion, and Laozi pretending not to hear or see, Tongtian breaks into a cold laugh.

"You say my Jie Sect disciples are freaks born with feathers or fur, fit only to be put on the list and fill its ranks?"

"Fine! If you don't want to follow the rules, then I'll flip the table today!"

Tongtian grabs the purple-bristled brush and fires back at the Heavenly Venerable Yuanshi. "You want to sign? Then put the Twelve Golden Immortals of Chan Sect on the list first! For every one you put down, my Jie Sect will send ten! Nobody's walking out of the Zixiao Palace today with clean hands!"

In this life, Tongtian casts brotherly loyalty to the winds and protects his own at all costs!

He slays the traitor Chang'er, refines the Xuanhuang Grand Formation, and rebuilds the foundations of the Jie Sect!

As the great calamity descends, Tongtian points his sword at Kunlun. "Yuanshi, times have changed. Are you ready to die?!"
